Having great skin doesn’t only come down to a good skincare routine, it is also what you eat and put into your body. Adding a few of these ingredients into your diet can totally transform your skin and body.
6 ingredients for clearer skin

 

Here’s one great recipe to try for getting great skin. It may take some of you a little time to get adjusted to the ingredients but you can always create your own personal recipes with ingredients that you’re accustomed to.
2 Medium Tomatoes
2 Medium to large Carrots
1 Medium sized Cucumber
2 Stalks of Celery
1 ounce of Parsley
Add all those ingredients into a juicer, and just enjoy !
